UniFi SFP:

SFP and SFP+ modules have various applications: Connecting two devices over a long distance using fiber cables. Connecting a computer directly to a UniFi switch or gateway at 2.5/5/10Gbps speeds. Connecting a UniFi gateway to an ISP modem at 2.5/5/10Gbps speeds.

Gigabit SFP:

SFP, also commonly called mini-GBIC (gigabit interface converter), is designed to be compact enough to use in tight networking spaces but powerful enough to provide fast communication between switches and other important networking equipment.

10G Data Rate:

10G Ethernet, also known as 10 Gigabit Ethernet or 10GbE, is an Ethernet standard under 802.3ae specification, which helps achieve data transfer rates of 10 billion bits per second. This standard is ten times faster than Gigabit Ethernet. SFP generally offers lower latency than RJ45, especially fiber-based SFP. There is less latency because fiber light travels quicker than the copper lines that RJ45 uses.

Direct Attached Cables (DAC):

Direct Attached Cables, or DACs, are copper cable assemblies made from twinax cable, terminated with transceiver housings on each end. DACs are available in passive or for active variants.
